Our Institution has received awards and recognition for its active engagement and involvement in extension activities from Government and Government recognized bodies. During the last five academic years the staff and students of the Institution has enthusiastically participated in various extension activities for holistic development of community.

Following is the brief account of it:

1. Blood donation camps were conducted regularly in association with Central Hospital Blood Bank Ulhasnagar. The NGO, The Yuva Unity foundation, also tied up with us in 2019-20.

2. Yoga is a way of living healthy life. Shri Ambika Yog Kutir took the initiative to join with us for Online Yoga Campaign to spread the awareness of benefits of yoga among the students and the stakeholders.

3. To create awareness about employment opportunities in banking sector and encourage entrepreneurship, the college had collaborated with Vikas Sawant Academy and Tanaj Samajik Sanstha.

4. For Celebrating Independence Day and Rakshabandhan in a unique way, required permissions were taken from Ambernath Police Station. It was a Police Station Visit wherein Police Inspector (ADM) explained various functions to be performed by Policemen on duty. He also stated the hectic and stressful hours of duty in the police department.

5. Our volunteers conducted Cleanliness Campaigns for which local corporator appreciated them. Our NSS volunteers went for seven days residential camp. Villagers of Chargaon, Kurhadpada, Boradpada, and Kansai Village too have admired the works of volunteers in the campsite. For this, College has received many letters of appreciation from authorities.

6. The volunteers also presented the skits on social issues such as superstitions alleviation, atrocities against women and children, child labour, drug addiction among the youth. For health and hygiene Eye checkup, full body checkups were conducted. Local Administration have praised our institutional efforts for guiding volunteers for skits and rallies.

7. NAB, Ambernath has acknowledged our sincere efforts of helping visually impaired students by providing writers for exams.

8. Panavatha, the first Orphanage for Handicapped animals in Asia located in Badlapur, every year implement the project of distributing necessaries to Adivasi villages of tribal regions of Badlapur. Our NSS unit too collaborated with them in this benevolent project. Hence received appreciations from them too.

9. NIPAM, Vegan Outreach, Tanaj Samajik Sanstha, Bhartiya Mahila Federation too extended their profound thanks for our association with them in conduct of extension activities.Thus, the involvement of the Institution to reach out the Society throughvarious extension activities has got vouched by third party appreciation. It has further enhanced our confidence and motivation in the last five years.

Awards and recognitions from government- and aid-funded institutions serve to strengthen the reputation of the organization and are crucial to the expansion of the college. Colleges are the major contributors to nation-building, we strive hard to shape students into responsible citizens.
